1.HIIT Training Cardio+Legs

If you want to work out your legs and heart, try this HIIT TRAINING.

Low intensity: repeat 3 times

High Intensity: repeat 4 times

-Jumping jacks :1 minute

-Front back scissors: 1 minute right leg

-Front back scissors: 1 minute left leg

-Run on place knees up/heels back: 10 secs front, 10 secs back. During 1 minute

-Lunges back: 30 seconds with each leg
